When first run, WireTap Studio creates a “WireTap Studio Library.wtpl” file. Or if no playlist found when opened. This file is saved in [user]/Documents folder by default. The .wtpl file extension can be in other file types too. It may not be supported by WireTap Studio or similar programs.
