VSA files come from Symantec’s Virtual Package Editor. This editor is now obsolete. VSA archives virtual software. Programs like Wise Package Studio open VSA files too. VSA files fall under Archive Files.
You can import VSA files into xLights. xLights sequences Christmas lights. Then VSA controls props instead of running separately. Load the xLights file into Falcon Player. That makes a stand alone show controller.
