VRChat is required to open VRCW files. Install VRChat. Log in or create an account. VRCW files are uploaded in the VRChat SDK Build Control Panel. Released in 2017, VRChat enables socializing using VR headsets, mics, and avatars.
Do not manually open VRCW files. Use programs like Asset Bundle Extractor to extract assets. Import those into Unity to create worlds.
To upload a world, log in to your account. Navigate to the Build Control Panel. Upload the VRCW file. It will now be available in VRChat.
