Earlier SPSS versions saved output files with an SPO extension. The SPV file is a binary data file generated by SPSS statistical software. SPSS is used for data mining, text analytics and data collection. SPV files are supported by Windows, Mac, Linux operating systems. The IBM SPSS app can open SPV files. Double-click on the SPV file icon to open it with the associated application. Install SPSS if it is not already on your computer to properly open SPV files.
