An SES file contains a session created by MSC Patran. It is for Finite Element Analysis (FEA). It has directives like PCL statements and NOODL commands. Patran can execute them. SES files open with Patran. They close when it quits. The file serves purposes: Recreate a model. Act as a log for review and change. Work as a macro. A two-digit number is added to the SES file extension. The 3rd session would be example.ses.03.
Suite Spot Studios Ses2Sesx converts SES files to XML SESX format. Adobe discontinued SES support in Audition CS5.5. You can still convert though. Many share SES files without instructions. This makes using them hard. We offer help on compatible software and conversions. Our aim is to simplify using the SES format.
