These include reports, flyers, manuscripts. Users can export PPP files as PDFs, emails, and webpages. Serif released PagePlus X9, the last version, in November 2015. In 2017, Serif replaced PagePlus with Affinity Publisher.
There is no easy way to import PPP files into Affinity Publisher. Serif recommends users either export documents to another format or keep using PagePlus X9. They cannot open PPP files in Affinity Publisher. Users want solutions to access old files. An option is to convert PPP files to PDFs. Then open the PDFs in Affinity Publisher for editing.

PPP files are project files in CyberLink PowerProducer. It is used for burning CD/DVD. PPP files contain references to media files. It saves content needed for burning new discs.
Serif PagePlus also uses PPP files for documents.
To open PPP files you need suitable software like PagePlus. If it is a PowerProducer file, use that software. PagePlus can open its document files.
PhotoPad editor can load and save various image formats. It can also save edits in PPP project files.
