Gamers can create their own .plagueinc files. They must first create the files with a text editor and save them as .txt files. Then, compress the files as a .zip archive. Rename the .zip file extension to .plagueinc. However, users can rename the extension to .zip. They can extract the contents with a Zip utility. The Plague Inc. data file relates to the game Plague Inc. It is a real-time strategy simulation game by Ndemic Creations. The file may be infected. Be careful with .plagueinc files. When Windows does not recognize an extension, it asks to select an app. To set the association, right-click on a .plagueinc file.
