To open these files, use Window -> Paper Panels -> Paper Libraries. You can probably convert them to other formats. .paperlibrary files store a collection of paper types. They are created and used by Painter. Issues opening .paperlibrary files can have various causes. Most common problems are not complex. They can often be fixed quickly without help. Select Window → Paper Panels → Paper Libraries to import or export a library. You can choose to import or export paper types here. Windows may not recognize the .paperlibrary extension.
