The OCA file extension is associated with Visual Basic by Microsoft. OCA files serve as extended type libraries and cache for OCX files. If an OCA file is deleted, Visual Basic can rebuild it but it will take longer.
Our tools for OCA files:
1. OCA File Opener
2. OCA File Converter
3. OCA File Viewer
4. OCA File Editor
When you double-click an OCA file to open it, Windows checks the extension. If Windows does not recognize the extension, you get a message to select an app to open the OCA file. This means Windows does not have a default program for OCA files.
To fix issues opening OCA files:
1. Update the application you normally use to open OCA files. Only the latest version supports the current OCA format.
2. Check the OCA file for viruses which may have corrupted it.
3. If the OCA file was sent to you and does not open, ask the sender to resend as errors may have occurred copying the file.
