NXS files can be opened with Nxsedit or Nxsview from the Nexus toolkit. Nxsedit allows compressing, pruning, and viewing metadata. It also converts to PLY format. Nxsview allows viewing the model in an NXS file. Over 400 formats can be opened with File Viewer Plus.
