Popular sandbox game Minecraft uses file extension MCSTRUCTURE. MCSTRUCTURE files store structures and buildings made by players. Players use tools in Minecraft to create structures or buildings. These can be saved as MCSTRUCTURE files. The files include block location, size and orientation. Also data to duplicate the structure in Minecraft.
You can open MCSTRUCTURE files in Minecraft Java or Bedrock Edition. To open a file: Import pack with your MCSTRUCTURE file. In-game, place and open your structure block. Select Load mode and enter the MCSTRUCTURE name without extension. Click LOAD.
MCSTRUCTURE files store Minecraft structure data. Use MCSTRUCTURE files in behavior packs to load structures in-game. The path sets the structure ID for the load structure block. Examples: BP/structures/house.mcstructure → mystructure:house. BP/structures/stuff/towers/diamond.mcstructure → stuff:towers/diamond.
