MCRP is an encrypted file format used by MobyExplorer. MobyExplorer is a file manager and FTP client for Java enabled mobile phones. The MCRP file saves data using a military strength Twofish encryption algorithm. The file can only be opened by entering the correct password. MobyExplorer can also run on computers with Java installed.
If the MCRP file was sent by someone else, ask them to resend it. The file may have errors precluding access. When downloading the file, an error may result in an incomplete file. Try downloading it again.
Check if your user account has administrative privileges.
Be careful with MCRP files from unknown sources. The format can be used by harmful software.
