To create a JSF file: Create a circle on stage. Fill the circle with color. Select steps in History pane. Click icon to save steps. Name your command. Verify command created. Select Commands from menu. Command should appear at bottom.
Files with jsf extension relate to Adobe Fireworks. They are used for one of its script files.
Use Adobe Fireworks to work with *.jsf files. There is no reason to convert *.jsf files to other formats.
