A JPG_SMALL file is a small JPEG image from Twitter saved by Google Chrome. Despite the different extension, JPG_SMALL files are normal JPGs resized by Twitter. Twitter adds .jpg:small to resized image URLs. Chrome then saves them as .jpg_small files.
Windows can’t open .jpg_small files since the extension isn’t recognized. To open, right-click the file and select Open with. Then choose an application. If needed, select More apps or Look for another app on this PC to find other applications.
Double-check the file extension if unable to open. It may be misspelled or changed. Before opening, scan .jpg_small files with antivirus as they may be infected.
