An ICMOD file is used by Inner Core to load mods for Minecraft Pocket Edition. It is a ZIP file with the “.icmod” extension containing mod files like .JS, .CONFIG, .PNG, and .JSON. ICMOD files alter Minecraft PE gameplay by adding new blocks, items, and custom dimensions.
ICMOD files are ZIP files renamed with the “.icmod” extension. When you double-click an ICMOD file, Windows looks at the extension. If it does not recognize the .icmod extension, you will get a message to select an app to open the file. This means Windows does not have a default program set to open ICMOD files.
To open an ICMOD file you need a program that handles .icmod files. After installing the ICMOD file reader you can open all .icmod documents.
