HAT files use text format. They configure HA Tunnel Plus VPN. Or store Duck Game hat images. Duck Game is an arena multiplayer game.
To use a hat, put the HAT file in the Duck Game folder under Steam. HAT files contain small Duck character images. Before November 2020, PNG images converted to HAT format. HATs store hats in rows and columns. Customize the Duck rock by adding pixels. Save HATs to Documents\DuckGame\Hats.
