A dfp file is a special format by Interscape. It should only be edited with appropriate software. To open a .dfp file on Windows, associate the file extension with correct application. If Windows doesn’t recognize the extension, it can’t open the file. You may need to update your dfp software. Newer versions support latest file formats. On Windows, right click dfp file, choose “Open with”>”Choose another app”. Select program to always open these files. On Mac, right click file, click “Open with”>”Other”. Choose program to always open. Dfp files are plugin files created by Eyeon Fusion. To work with them, use file opener, converter, viewer or editor. Updating software may be needed to open newer dfp files. Antivirus software may block files, so check dfp files.
