CUBE files exist as 2 different types. Please find information about each of them below.

b) Overview. Specs not official, best effort. May not work all software. Data must be in atomic units. VMD spec cleaner.
c) To use a cube file in DaVinci, put in LUT directory. Update app’s LUT list.
d) For problems: update app you use normally. Check for viruses.
e) The cube extension used by various programs, not just expected ones. Can be potentially harmful software.
f) We know 2 uses – Cube LUT and Gaussian data. Working on details. Apps known to open certain cube files. Remember different apps use for different purposes.
