In versions 1.5 and above of Spaceflight Simulator, BP files have been replaced by Blueprint.txt files. These are saved in rocket-specific sub-folders. You can open a BP file in Spaceflight Simulator. To do so, place the BP file in Spaceflight Simulator’s ~/ Saving/ Blueprints directory. Then select the blueprint when constructing a rocket in-game.
Blueprint editing means using external tools to change rocket files in Spaceflight Simulator. This became possible thanks to the 1.4 update allowing access to files to modify planets. Editing blueprints can change position, orientation, and size of parts in the rocket. To edit blueprints externally, an app is required that can open, edit and move files.
The path of the blueprint folder for Android is Android\data\com.StefMorojna.SpaceflightSimulator\files\Saving\Blueprints\. For iOS, it is On My (iPhone/iPad)\Spaceflight Simulator\files\Saving\Blueprints\.
To get blueprint files on PC, go to the game in your Steam Library. Right click and select “Browse local files”. There is a SAVING file with a Blueprints folder. To transfer blueprints from mobile, plug phone into computer. Make sure it is in file transfer mode.

The technical details of the BP file format are not publicly available as they are proprietary. The focus of BP files is likely providing users a smooth, efficient offline music experience in the Boomplay app.
BP files enable offline listening of songs saved to a device’s Boomplay app. This allows music enjoyment without an internet connection, conserving data or providing music in areas with limited connectivity.
BP files may be songs saved for offline listening in Boomplay, on Android and iOS. BP files only play in Boomplay, not as other audio formats.
Boomplay focuses on African and international music. Its apps allow streaming plus saving music as BP files for offline use, preventing file transfers to personal libraries.
To open BP files requires Boomplay apps on Android and iOS. The TunesKit tool captures Boomplay downloads losslessly for subscribers, converting to MP3 without quality loss. The converted music appears in history to search destination folders.
Online Boomplay downloader MP3Paw also gets downloads to MP3. No current converters handle BP files to different formats. The .bp extension associates only with Boomplay Music data so far. The proprietary nature of the format prevents full public details. However, smooth offline Boomplay music remains its focus in application.
