b) BgInfo was developed by Sysinternals, acquired by Microsoft in 2006. MyConfig.bgi is the standard configuration file name.
c) If BGI file does not open in BgInfo, create file association in context menu properties.
d) Update application used to open .BGI files to fix problems. Only current version supports latest file format.
e) Search manufacturer website for BgInfo update availability.
