The system may not support A65 files for multiple reasons. To open A65 files, first install a program supporting them. If an A65 supporting application is installed but not set as default, right-click the A65 file. Next, choose Open With and select the proper application. Check the box for always using that application. This will set it as the default for A65 files.
For Mac users, double click the A65 file. If the system links the file type to an application, it will open. Another issue may be Adobe Authorware not being installed. Installing it often resolves A65 file issues.
A65 files are supported by Windows and Mac OS. Adobe Authorware can open A65 files. Relevant software needs updating if issues persist in opening A65 files.
