The WORKSPACE file extension is associated with Code::Blocks, a development environment for creating C++ software. Code::Blocks is a free, cross platform C++ software development tool that can save opened projects grouped together in XML formatted WORKSPACE files. To save a Code::Blocks workspace file, right-click on Workspace in the Management pane and select “Save workspace as…”. WORKSPACE files store lists of opened projects in Code::Blocks. They are used for saving grouped projects together. Software that open WORKSPACE files include Code::Blocks on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. WORKSPACE is a development file type formatted in XML by Code::Blocks for saving projects. More information on the WORKSPACE format and Code::Blocks is available on the Code::Blocks website. The default software for opening workspace files is Code::Blocks. Code::Blocks is free, extensible C++ IDE software by The Code::Blocks Team. It is fully configurable for many development needs. To install the Adobe Bridge CC extension, open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and switch to the Apps section. Scroll down to Bridge CC and click “Install”. To import a workspace, copy the .workspace file into the Workspaces folder under the Bridge Extensions folder. If using Bridge CC 2015, save the appropriate extension file to your computer by right-clicking and choosing “Save file”.
