Files with .pz2 extension are Poser pose files. They contain information about figure’s body position and morph values. Apply them to figures and props in Poser scenes.
Open .pz2 files with Poser software. Export to other formats.
If .pz2 files don’t open in Poser, update Poser. New versions support more file formats.
If problems continue, re-associate .pz2 with Poser. Right click file > Open With > Choose Poser > Always use.
On Mac, right click file > Open With > Other > Choose Poser > Always Open.

Misspelled extensions like .p2 or .ps2 won’t open. Check the extension is .pz2.
