Here are tips and programs to open ULS files. The ULS file extension contains a NetMeeting User Location Service Format. ULS files provide location information for NetMeeting users’ connections. NetMeeting was in Windows XP but not Windows Vista. It was replaced by Windows Meeting Space and Microsoft Office Live Meeting. If you cannot open a .uls file, Windows may not recognize the extension. It means Windows has no default program for .uls files. You can associate .uls files with a program to open them.
