Premiere Pro includes bundled PRTL files. However, Adobe began transitioning to .MOGRT files with the release of CC 2017. Bundled PRTL files are located in the following directories: Windows: Adobe\Premiere Pro\[version]\Templates. macOS: Adobe Premiere Pro [version]/Contents/Presets/Templates.
