Windows systems use DDOC files. These Misc Files are often handled by DigiDoc Client. The software is by SK.ee. It has information on DDOC and other formats it supports.
DDOC files were also created in MacDraw. These vector images are very rare now. They likely only open in the original MacDraw software.
