FBL files contain map data used by iGO, a GPS navigation program for mobile devices. The files have political boundaries, roads, and local points of interest for navigation. To open an FBL file, Windows needs to know the program. Right click the file, choose Open With, and select a program. You can also check “Always use the selected program”. Some programs that open FBL files are updates of iGO itself as older versions may not support latest FBL formats. If the file is corrupted or infected, try to get it again and scan with an online scanner. Online tools allow viewing, editing, converting, merging, splitting, and comparing FBL files without installing anything.
