The EAP file format was developed by Sparx Systems. It offers users functionalities for designing and formulating custom software systems. The Enterprise Architect program is a Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) application. It is implemented with support for UML 2.0 standards and specifications.
Once opened in Enterprise Architect, you can access the software models, diagrams, and project data within the EAP file. Enterprise Architect provides an intuitive modeling environment to analyze, design, and manage your software systems. You can explore and edit the software models using various diagram types such as class diagrams and activity diagrams. Enterprise Architect offers modeling tools, including built-in elements and relationships, to accurately represent your software architecture.
The eap file extension is also used by Enterprise Architect. The eap file contains project created and saved in Enterprise Architect. The default software associated to open eap file is Enterprise Architect.
