SGN Viewer could previously open these files, but it is no longer available. File Viewer Plus opens over 400 formats.
Originally developed for Slax software, SGN files are now most common in Romania. Windows 10 users view them most often using Chrome. SGN files were once used by Sierra Print Artist to store sign data. The SGN file type is no longer actively used today.
