Issues opening AIR files often have simple fixes. Get Adobe AIR if not installed. AIR may not be associated with correct programs. Double-click AIR file, if associated program opens it. Or, right-click file, choose “Open with” and select program.
AIR stands for “Adobe Integrated Runtime”. It is a desktop runtime for Internet applications using Flash, Flex, HTML or Ajax. AIR packages these as desktop applications deployable across operating systems. M.U.G.E.N. game engine also uses .air for animation settings text files.
