A JPG-LARGE file is a JPEG image created by Google Chrome when downloading a large image from Twitter. It is in the JPEG format with a custom .jpg-large extension. To open in a viewer, change .jpg-large to .jpg. This enables programs to recognize it as a standard JPEG image.
